1.

PERSEUS

This edition’s Bravo Sou Award goes to the vets and engineers who gave Perseus the cat three new legs and a whole new lease on life. We’re still crying.

2.

GREECE IS MAGICAL

And Magic is in Greece. Or he was. With other folks you may recognize, as well, on a yacht that goes for a cool mil per week

3.

DA DA DA DA DA DA DA

That’s us humming along to the John Williams Olympic theme song. The Olympic games are starting soon, so to get things cooking here is a list of Olympics trivia questions just for you.

4.

GREEK WITNESS PROTECTION PROGRAM

Who is gonna come looking for you in Samothrace? Or Tilos? We’ll snitch on anybody if we can stay lost on one of these ten Greek islands

While we’re doing lists, this is the Greek Reporters list of the best beach bars in Greece

5.

GYROS

You can now get the vegan version in Athens.

6.

KARRAS

It means football in Greek

7.

SKYSCRAPERS AND LOTS OF GREEN SPACE

Isn’t that what we all think of when we think of Athens

8.

SEAHORSES

“Older fishermen say Aitoliko lagoon in the northern Patras Gulf used to contain thousands of seahorses but their numbers have plummeted in recent years….”

9.

AGI (ANCIENT GREEK INFLUENCE)

We Greeks love to take credit. We apparently even get credit for influencing the South Korean mega-successful boy band BTS‘s music video and live performance concepts. Opa!

10.

FULL HOUSE TO FULL PLATE

John Stamos stays busy

Though not all U.S. counties are taking decisive action to keep residents safe like Los Angeles is, and though the U.K. is essentially rolling the dice, we don’t need anyone to tell us to keep wearing our face coverings indoors. We are doing it voluntarily because we are committed to protecting those around us. How can we possibly know who has a compromised immune system or for some reason cannot receive a vaccine? #maskupforothers. If you could use another washable, reusable face covering, consider buying one of ours in black or white (select the color from the drop-down menu).

Mike “Stonie” Woods is on hiatus until August, but you can still subscribe to his YouTube channel so you are notified when he publishes a new video.
